You didn't sound like a cranky old man at all, Randy.  You did sound concerned that we may have gone over the edge.  And in some cases, you were correct.

I hope you realize that we tend to take constructive criticism pretty well......mostly........ Allright, part of the time!  JK.

Someone quite foolishly got nasty on the P2 message board. Google his name, and you'll find 40% of Page 1 on Google is dedicated to his lack of judgement and character.

I just googled myself.  Did you know there's a Belinda Walker in Australia.  Also, Ann Rice wrote a book entitled "Belinda" (I have a copy) that is kind of racy and Belinda Walker is the title character's name.

I totally agree.  Your INPUT determines your OUTLOOK...and your OUTLOOK determines your OUTPUT.  I have learned so much from this group of masterminds.  Last week was a little weak on the learning side.  It was fun...but I think the P2 CRU is on the cutting edge of our industry.  So let's pull up our kilts and go out and sharpen our swords.

Randy, I was probably a little flippant towards you on one of your other threads and I do apologize and clarify a bit.  I can come across as little a little strangeola but my whole "perspective" on the Realtor biz is way too simple for good people to screw it up.

Essentially, we are in the people and "psychology / therapy" business and that is HOW WE GET PAID.  Google is great if you just want the phone to ring but after that, it's all about people !!!!

Take those suspenders off, put on some flip flops and JUMP IN THE POOL !!!!  It's hot outside !!

Randy, I appreciated your post, it was appropriate!!  and I am glad you shared a bit of yourself too.  Hope to see you around a little more.  I'm sure you have mucho experience to share with us.  

I googled myself (do all the time) and my website comes up first.  One blog about cookies comes up.  A commentary I wrote to a councilman on schools in Chesterfield, VA. and a comment I made on a 9/11 blog right after.  that comment has been on the top 5 of my name googled since 1991.  I guess it gets read a lot.

I have deleted the July 13 blog.  It is safe from spiders!!
