I've never owned a laptop before. I may replace my desktop with a mac for the kids so I need something that is pretty capable. I also keep a lot of web stuff going at the same time (P2, Top Producer, MLXchange etc). Should I go Vista at this time? Office 2007? Your advise is greatly apprectiated.

Are you using social networking site to market yourself and your listings?

I saw a great post in my Google Reader this morning and I thought I would share it here. It is from the Future of Real Estate Marketing blog which every tech savyy REALTOR should be reading. I have to admit that I was also drawn to this post as Facebook has become a bit a time-sucker for me lately.

I haven't used Facebook for real estate purposes yet, although I did go and join a few Royal LePage Networks after reading the article. Take a look and I'd be interested in others thoughts on this.
