Iphones, blackberrys, blackjacks, any phone that receives Internet are something we need to be looking into if we don't have them already. The younger generation of buyers are going to expect us to be as up to date as they are. One of my clients was following along on his iphone while his sister and I were on the computer. Shortly we will no longer be able to tell our clients that we will need to get back to the office to look up that listing we just drove by. They will expect us to pull over and pull it up on our phone.
