I had an amazing Open House on Saturday in Ventana Ranch on the West side of Albuquerque ! Several groups came through and people are on the move ! Our weather is getting nice and the grass and trees are greening out! The best contact is relocating from Seattle to take a coaching position at one of our local schools. They have a house to sell before they can buy. The market is on the verge of a turn around their are many Buyers out there that are also Sellers! The trend is about to tip in the right direction !
