Vance, I think you should have borrowed the title for this post from Mike - Swimming with the Piranha's
But, that's just me. They look like nice guys.

Gregory it looks like we are the Piranhas!
Check out the wonderful story line about us hungry ""Realtors""
The news through Us Under That Bus...
Central Florida Realtors are hungry. And some will do anything to close a deal. In fact, survival of the fittest may come in the form of a bus. A new tour company is gearing up along the I-4 corridor. Focus: foreclosures. It's a buyers market now. Banks are willing to negotiate. And first time buyers are lining up to get a seat on this bus. Fox 35’s David Martin takes you on the tour.

Gotta run I am getting hungry....
Yes, Vance. I got the message: Realtors are hungry. True! Some will do anything to close a deal. True. They are the piranhas; those who will do anything to close a deal - Include running a tour bus on foreclosures.
But, you won't find them sharing an umbrella at the bus stop.
I'm sure they are very nice people. I just don't want them as pallbearers at my funeral. I mean, in case I'm dead and don't know it, don't send them to carry the casket.
A rising tide floats all boats. A blow out tide reveals what is on the bottom and sometimes it is pretty ugly.

Well said Gregory.
Hello Vance. How is your business? Good I bet. First thing I would have on that bus is the loan officer for pre-qualification. Then do some booting. )
Ha ha
Karen there is a Loan officer on the bus along with a Lawyer and Title agent,
The Lawyer should be busy if there was any accidents while driving around in the bus passing out Piranha! cards at the accident scene :)
The Loan officer can give cash advances to the victims at 40% rate of course Non Qualifying, and the Title agent can record it all..
"This is a kneeling bus Please What your Step..." there going to need a Bigger Bus soon or a fleet of them..
Oh Karen my biz now is mostly commercial for now, and not bad yet but it is changing also...slooooowing down...
We will see if there is what I call a spring market ahead crossed fingers..
Haha. Good luck to you and all this Spring. Folks have to live some place, and renting is throwing the money down the drain. As I heard one "common Tater" say, people need to change their mind set that they are buying a home to make a ton of money in a few years like happened in some areas, and buy a home for a place to live where you can have pets and don't have a landlord. To enjoy the freedom of home ownership and build an equity to move up to a larger home in the future as your family grows. And as said before, if your home is selling for $100 per sq.ft. then you can buy at $100 per sq.ft.
