has anyone use hurryhome.com a lead company that use to be realtytracer.com they are trying to sell leads in certain zip codes any one use them before,,,,, sounds good,,,, like they all do but they want a 1 yr contact that can not be cancel for the year unless you buy it out for half the price ,,I used realtytracer a few years ago which were weak leads but now claim to be new and improved,,,,i know most of you guys say never buy leads and spend the money in p2  ,,,but this company hurryhome.com is cheap compare to others ,,,,,just do not like the yr commitment
