Andrea, I have been busier than a one armed paper hanger. I hope that didn' offend anyone who has one arm or hangs wallpaper.  Anyway, I m running out of inventory as I have 6 pendings and possibly 2 more this week from last weeks shoppers. It has been a good year for me so far and I can see my sales way past last years. I have no idea why, but I will ride the wave as long as I can. Good fortune to everyone!

I saw increased activity from about end of January till mid March. Right now, things seem to have slowed down again around here in my area. The only positive activity I saw on my listings is the fact that my own home finally went under contract after 275 days on the market (not happy about all the price changes I had to do in those 9 months, but happy about finally getting rid of the second mortgage payment ... if things go well untill the closing of course ... we all know all kinds of thigns can happen :-). But I could sure use some new serious buyers ... anyone I run into still seems to be playing that "lets wait for the prices to come down some more" game.

Happy Easter to you too Andrea!  I'm excited that the market has certainly picked up here too!  My partner and I are working with lots of buyers, and we're so busy we've actually had to refer some buyers lately!  My problem is that we have 34 listings right now, and only a handful are getting people in the door, we are marketing everywhere, open houses and brochures, etc, and are still not getting the traffic we need to get these sold!!
