Today while showing homes we walked in to find the homeowners and their agents discussing their multiple offers. We kindly passed on adding to that paper trail ;). It is so good to see buyers out buying again and market activity on an upswing. The increase in inventory is what I have my eye on, too much of a good thing....</P> <P>How are all of your markets, are they off to the races too?
