Just inches into April and our market is starting to hum. 2 of my homes have had multiple offers, one of which sold in 5 days over asking with a back up offer. Today while showing homes we walked in to find the homeowners and their agents discussing their multiple offers. We kindly passed on adding to that paper trail ;). It is so good to see buyers out buying again and market activity on an upswing. The increase in inventory is what I have my eye on, too much of a good thing....
