It's like what I was taught to do in my CRS class on Marketing using another program that took OODLES of memory and tons of time and effort and in the end I couldn't figure out how to post it online. I had an alamode site for 3 years and I'm sooo glad I switched. I just love that I can have a unique URL with the address in it!

Oh I love craigslist too! My craigslist ad today pulled in 3 people who are serious buyers to our open house and we also had 2 agents with clients stop by. Last week was busier but mostly b/c of nosy neighbors. There are 5 homes for sale in my little neighborhood, and my virtual tour kicks butt. I'm so proud. I wish I'd switched sooner! I was so bummed to lose all my virtual tours of homes we've sold, and I don't think I'll have the time to rebuild them just for memory's sake.

Anyway, thought I'd share my virtual tour if anyone wants to get ideas from it as I went all out. Comments welcome! Got buyers? Even more welcome! ;-) Andrea
