Advice Please

Hey, everyone. I'm getting having growing pains again. I am considering taking either: Land 101: Fundamentals of Land Brokerage* or the SRS series for designation.

Have you had experience with either? Can you share your experience and/or advice.

I appreciate your time. Thank you.

ANY course of study that empowers you in dealing with land is  valuable . . . land sales carries a great amount of liability -- for the buyer's broker especially -- and there is actually a lot to know.

Getting on a first name basis with your city/county's P/Z people, having local/regional zoning ordinance books on hand and a few books on wells, septic systems etc. are not a bad idea as well.

I love working with land!

Thanks, Amigo. I will likely take the Land Course. It will have value any direction Providence leads me. I have avoided land because it does scare me. In the past, my way of overcoming fear was to face it head on. So, I will arm myself--and thank you!. (PS: The land course won't be as prestigious as adding another designation--and it is expensive--But you convinced me it will be worth it.)
