I have been in real estate for three years and the now since the market has taken a little bit of a slow down, I am considering doing loans as well, I would be intrested in hearing from agents that do both, cons and pros of working as one and can you provide great service to your clients. Also if you think that it is a bad idea I would love to hear the feedback from that as well. Also there lots of companies trying to recruit new officers, what is a good split and good terms and which are not. There are just so many out there. Love to hear your thoughts
