I would like to see what you guys think and does it really matter? does it make a diffrence for buyers and sellers? After all in the end do they care and go with national brand?

 I have done both and I am thinking of going back to Realty Executives. What do you think?

I have a client who is intrested in doing a seller carry. I have never done one so I would like some advice on how to begin and what are standard terms for them and how do they work. Please help me. Any advice would be wonderful.

I have been in real estate for three years and the now since the market has taken a little bit of a slow down, I am considering doing loans as well, I would be intrested in hearing from agents that do both, cons and pros of working as one and can you provide great service to your clients. Also if you think that it is a bad idea I would love to hear the feedback from that as well. Also there lots of companies trying to recruit new officers, what is a good split and good terms and which are not. There are just so many out there. Love to hear your thoughts
