After all in the end do they care and go with national brand?&lt;/P&gt;

Also if you think that it is a bad idea I would love to hear the feedback from that as well. Also there lots of companies trying to recruit new officers, what is a good split and good terms and which are not. There are just so many out there. Love to hear your thoughts&lt;/P&gt;
