Brian, there is a post here somewhere that tells you about them.  I have used a couple and have actually made money.  BUT, One asks for 30% referral and $40 per month.  I got many leads, somtimes 10-15 a day.  I closed about 15 one year.  The referalls kill you though.  

There is another that you purchase the zips, different areas cost different amounts.  My zip was $789 for only seller leads and another $700 for buyer leads.  I think I got about 30 or so a month and then in a year I closed one deal. Go back and look at the post somewhere here.

In my experience people going on line to get my homes value were only curious about their homes worth or just checking the website out. Several already had their home listed, already had an agent. Almost all of them only leave an email address which they do not respond to.

I have been burned several times. Homes.compromised much and delivered zero, zip, zilch. Favorite Agent, I still cringe just thinking of them.

I do believe there is a process that will work though and Getmyhomesvaluedotcom may be worth a try. Do not be greedy take only the minimum and try it. Worst case you will be out $400. If you get one lead or referral it will probably be worth the effort. The key being "the effort" good luck and let me know what you decide, Brian.

I received no follow up for training, leads received were unverified for at least two weeks. I cancelled and have learned another costly lesson.
