I believe the percentage of Returning Visitors to a web site is a good indicator of the overall effectiveness of that site's marketing.  I have a couple of sites outside of the Point2 platform that are getting 60% to 66% return visitors compared to First Time new and feel that is good.

I'm sure that there are others of you out there that are doing better, and I'm just curious what you may attribute your success to: Virtual Tours? Drip email Campaigns? Your Blog? Daily Updates of New Listings hitting the Local Market? or ???

I know some of you have gone through a similar situation, and hoped your advice can help my sellers.

Old Cat, "Baby" , now 20-years old, has claimed the dining room carpet as her territory. Carpet has been replaced once before, but she still likes to dampen it!

Sellers are good friends and live with it and don't notice the odor much any more, but I will say that it sets me back on my heels when I walk in the house.

Getting ready to list the house, happy to provide a a new carpet allowance for the buyer, but need to know how best to clear up the odor to the potential buyers are not chased away. What is best chemical to use? Will it help to pull up the carper and replace the pad and/or use a chemical on the concrete slab?

Is there anyway to get around replacing the carpet or just do it again and lock poor old Baby up?.

 

 

Another Good Morning! 

Today I am working on a plan to "Branchise" my Point2 web portal, BestHomeSearch.com by creating Best Home Search Branded Point2 template sites for exclusive territories in the United States and Canada.

I have not seen Branchising talked about online, so maybe it is too new of a concept. However, if any of you Coaches, Trainers, or Point2 web site marketing specialists would like to comment or participate, I look forward to your comments here or off line.

And yes, of course I am willing to pay if you have the expertise I need to complete my plan.
