I have recently found in our area. Agents posting listings ,that do not offer a commission at all. Several of our agents have tried to sell these propertys, with writing in a buyers agent fee. The property was not priced to support the price with commission added. Dilemma do we accept there hand shake deals or shun them?

On one hand it does bring in the calls on the other it is hard to make them understand we don't work for free.

Any one have suggestions?
