Yes, where are our regulars? Making so much money they are still on Holiday?

I wanna go on a sabatical, but I'm about 20 years and a million dollars short of being able to do that.

I noticed this, as well.  While its great to see all these new faces, many of our "regulars" have been MIA?  What's Up With That?  I hope they're simply overwhelmed with buyers and sellers!

Memorial Day Weekend is a great time for vacations!

I used to be a "regular" on here.  We are switching things around in our business..and in our lives.  I try to get more done in less time and spend more time with my 8 year old boy..or make time for myself.  

I still lurk now and then, but don't post nearly as much.  And ya know, I really miss it and all the kind and helpful words from everyone!!

John, How nice to have been missed. I tell you I miss the chit chat here. Everyone has been really helpful and just a great place to learn or vent. But, you know the time I spend here is really time spent that I need to spend on getting clients and customers to sign on the dotted line. The market has been a little bit slower than my safety net allows. I am re-thinking everything in RE from expenses to customer relations and back again. I noticed Gary's post on "should you even be in real estate" and I am giving that some thought too. Anyway, it’s late and I have a few minutes so I just had to respond to your query. Thanks for asking - it’s no sabbatical, it's that dreaded four letter word called WORK. Keep the faith.
