Despite the downward real estate market correction, we, Realtors®, are holding our heads up and we continue to serve our customers perseverance to help them accomplish their goals as painless for them as possible.

Well folks, our profession seems to be gaining more votes of confidence and trust by the general public – 68% of consumers regard our profession favorably.  Now it is our task to win over the remaining 32%.

Click on the link below which will take you to a short article published in the Realtor® Magazine Online last Tuesday called Survey: Consumers really like you.

John, today we are running an Alex's Lemonade Stand. Yesterday we got over $900 in donations. Today looks great. And who knows what tomorrow holds. If we can't sell a house, we can help cure cancer!

Gregory,

Its time you get a real job.  You are wasting remarkable talents by  helping Alex selling Lemonade on a neighborhood sidewalk.

I suggest you become an actor (you already are an accomplished comedian) and work your way up to become a Senator, or a Gorvernor and (God help us) eventually become our Commander in Chief.

I'll vote for you.

Many apologies, Gregory.  I was actually going to say that you are using a great marketing ploy to generate business.  I'm sure that every cup of lemonade you passed out had your business card taped to it.

Nice job, by the way, and your secret is safe with me.

The idea did cross my mind, Cathy. But, I had this vision of 1000 plastic cups along the road side all with my name on them. Better to just give your time and write it off for tax purposes. Any IRS guys out there who know how I can do that?

Oh, never mind. My last client told me that my time had no value. So lets see, for tax deduction of 8 hours times 0 worth = $Zero Deduction. Man, John is right! I do need a real job.
