John, I see that Fox News is now making comments that the bottom is here or there abouts. They indicated it is a good time to buy. Also, noticed the syndicated newspaper article from George Will stating the economy is GOOD.

I think it is important to look for opportunities in every market situation. It can be done. As I have said before, these are the best of times for real estate investment. These are also the best of times for any seller wanting to move up to a higher priced new home since even though you may not get a great price for the sale of your lower priced home you can get a great deal on the higher priced home you are buying and net more of a savings on the purchase than the smaller loss on the sale. There is a great inventory out there right now for ANY buyer, whether they are an investor, first time buyer or regular buyer moving up.
