It has been a long cold winter here in sunny Charleston, S.C. Most days are in the 50-70 degree range and I have to tell you the buyers have been inside staying warm. Yes we have had a good deal here and a bad deal there all winter long, but nothing to really right home about. But I have been at work planting seeds, day by day and night by night. Today was sunny and 75 degrees and my landscaper showed up to cut the grass for the first time. I pulled out my little black appointment book and to a look and to my all the seeds that I have been planting all winter long, and alas they are growing. We have clients popping out of the ground left and right and hopefully we can turn them into buyers. Booked with at least three clients in from out of town every week through April and into the second week of May. Yes the grass is finally growing here in Charleston now it is time to cut it and bag the green. So is your grass growing in your neck of the woods yet? May you lawn be lush and green all summer long....
