I can't think of one particular post that is better than the others but I have gathered hundreds of invaluable tad-bits of informations and point of views that are of significant importance that I either can apply to my daily business practice or something to be cautious about when dealing with people or contracts because that knowledge can only emanate from someone's personal experience in our commerce.  

Even know that sometimes the same topics is brought up from a different blogger, there seem to be participants who offer different shared experiences or present expanded opinions from the previous posts.

I respect each blogger who share his/her knowledge and experiences with us.

Seriously, I don't come here for information.  I come to socialize - it just so happens we talk about real estate issues a lot of the time.  I often pick up tid bits of info that are helpful to me, but couldn't name anything significant.  I just enjoy conversation and debate - heck, I even like to argue once in a while.

Are we talking to Jeff or Carmen? Ok, I have learned alot of things and there have been alot of "wow" moments.

I think the people here are the best, and all seem to be helpful if there are any questions. Everyone seems to have a personality about them that definitely comes out through the threads. I appreciate those that have a sense of humor-gotta have that.

To name one thing most beneficial has probably been the SEO info. You guys rock. But more than the information is the "having a place to go" to talk real estate. My husband glazes over, but I glaze over when he talks about machined aircraft parts. zzzzzzzzz

There has been just to much great information here to pick just one. The contribution by all has been amazing!

Jay posts some of the best stuff, but I enjoy the contributions of many of our members!

There are a LOT of *really* smart, funny and sincere people here. Throw 'em all in the pot and you've got a great place to learn, and just hang out.

Even the just for fun blogs have brought out useful information.  If you have a question, even a dumb one someone on here has an answer and not usually a dumb one either.  

Besides all the knowledge I have picked up, I think one tidbit used most by me is the free email feedback = showingfeedback.com.  I have passed that one to everyone I know.
