Hey Gail, with your roots on PEI, you should own a piece of the Isle. Good investment as well as a sentimental journey. That seems to be the trend for a lot of US citizens. Good portion of our summer business. Also, we have our own people doing the winter in Florida thing and some choose to purchase.
