How is your administration staff?

Just curious as to other office's administration staff?  Are they over the top wonderful or are they horrible to deal with?  I know every office is different.  How do you think your administration staff affects your business?

Any input?

RE/MAX First is one of the first RE/MAX offices that were created in Metro Detroit in the early 80's.  The secret to its longevity and growth can be attributed to an incredible support staff that is trained by a system the Broker, Carol Smith-Vitale,  has created.  This staff is one of the secrets to my success.  For a confidential interview regarding working at RE/MAX First (eastside suburbs of Detroit), please contact me.

Your staff people are extremely important. My assistant is an extension of me. She's the person who communicates to my clients when I'm not around; they need to trust and like her. I need to trust that whatever she does is done completely and error free. My sales doubled when I hired her almost 4 years ago. An undependable assistant can probably hurt you as much as a good assistant helps. And I think the same goes for the office staff, too.

I can only say good things about my admin staff ... especially since it's me :-). Though, sometimes I feel I could use two or three of ME to make things easier on ME. I hope to grow the office soon to a size that will actually support an admin!

As to my previous experience, I've learned that the toughest admins are the ones agents learn the most from!

We have 1 on-site administrator and she is the cat's meow.  We have a team of 18 and she's very busy looking after all of us.  She's invaluable for getting things done and sent off where they need to go.  I'm not quite a year in this business and still learning, she's been very helpful with answering questions and getting me set up.

I think that sometimes our admin staff get overlooked, I make sure to bring in a coffee and ask her how her day is going.  It's the least I can do for probably the most important part of our team!
