Agents with no photos

For those of you with no photos...just want to know..WHY???

I like to see who it is that is blogging and when there is no photo, it's just hard to connect. Maybe it's just me, but I find with photos, it gives a better sense of who I'm talking to. (or listening to)

What is normally the reason for the missing photo? Anyone care to respond that currently does not display one?

Member Since '06	Norm Fisher said: I use a photo but it's only 1 pixel x 1 pixel so you'll need a really big magnifying glass to see it. :) When I add my photo it ends up partially covering the main image on the header of my website.
