Just as in the case of syndication, we are at the mercy of the vendors.  

We have many Canadian members, and as you may be aware, we are a Canadian company, so we certainly do our best to include Canadians absolutely whenever possible.

Whoever pays gets the sponsor spot!  That is why P2 can give us FREE sites!

Michael, I would have assumed the same thing, but you know what?  I don't think anybody pays us a dime to be an approved vendor.

Anyway, I'm very much the wrong person to be addressing such things - you'll do better to raise these questions on the message board.

Asking Carey for official advice is more or less the equivalent of asking your Magic 8-Ball for stock tips :-)

I just got back from a "joint caravan". There were about 20 agents from 6 different real estate companies. We saw 10 homes. The title company pays for a continental breakfast and we use their office to meet before and after the caravan. The "vendors" were a "staging" company, a printing company (that also was a competitor in real estate), and a "gift basket" lady who does home "parties". A year ago the vendors would have a business card drawing to give a $25 gift certificate to a local restaurant for the winner. Today the best gift was a chocolate rose on a stick. Times are changing!
