On Point 2 homes, there is a feature where the public can post comments on listings on this site. This was obviously not well thought out by Point 2 as it can be extremely damaging to someone who is trying to sell their home!

Our client (now former client thanks to this feature) googled their address and the number one hit in the search engines was a negative comment someone had posted about their home. They chose that hit and there it was with their agents photos (mine and Steve's) displayed right beside the negative comment. You can imagine our embarrassment in trying to explain this situation to our client. They were enraged and with good reason!!!! That is not the kind of public exposure they are looking for!! What in the world were the people at Point 2 thinking when they added this feature??

I have demanded it be removed from the website - at least from my listings. It's one thing to receive negative feedback on a house, you give this to your vendor and have them do what they want with it. But to have it on the internet for all to see..what's to stop the neighbour next door who has their house for sale from going online and bashing someone's house to deter anyone from looking at it????
