Looks as though its a repeat from October. I missed it. I haven't read the whole article but it seems to run the gamut from Buying to Selling, using an Agent, etc.
Nevermind....I was thinking about 60 seconds, they are on CBS.
sounds like more REALTORr bashing to me, drat...
I'll wait until I watch it before I pass any judgements. Some of the article actually sounded positive. We'll see......
Cathy, you are an optimist!! Nothing wrong with that, but I see a segment that will encourage more FSBO. The sad part is that most of those folks will spend needless months trying.

However, since it aired last October and the number of FSBO's has actually decreased in my area, I'll wait.
I agree that this could be interesting and could swing either direction. However, I am wondering that if they are planning to show "negative" aspects of hiring an agent, will they also show the negative aspects of selling FSBO? Will they be interviewing the FSBO who lost everything because they didn't know what they were doing and ended up in court?
I also found some positive aspects to the article and will wait to see how it pans out. I just hope they do it in a balanced manner.
The advertisement for it here says tips to sell your house yourself. This is not the market to encourage that!

I like your comment Lonn.. All we have to do is wait and see then the FSO will be come knocking at our doors asking for your help. They want to save on paying out commission,but in the long run they may have represent themselve in COURT
