Not Real Estate Related....Again

As many of you may have heard, the little girl I posted about yesterday has been found, safely at home with her parents.  She was three years old at the time the video was recorded....now seven.  Her parents had no idea what had happened to her.  Scary stuff.  They quoted on the news that the attacker was a friend of a friend of a friend.  The parents knew him but never suspected.  Here's the link to the most recent news report I have:

http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?id=3668191

She was only three years old at the time........If you've seen this guy call your local police dept.

Cathy, I read the title of your post several times. My mind or eyes are playing tricks on me. I thought it said, "Not Real Estate..Again!"

Capital punishment for this person.

He is already a registered offender and has I'm sure  done this sort of thing before, this is worse than murder as far as I'm concerned and this little girl will never forget, He should be punished as such.

Thankfully she is safe.

I had a member of B.A.C.A. knock on my door this weekend. Bikers Against Child Abuse. Never knew they existed, he was handing out his flyers. He informed me there was a known pedophile who had moved in a house on my street. That is all he was allowed to tell me. Now, I looked it up on the FBI page and you can look also to see who is in your area. My problem, why don't the police do this? We are a small enough town I think they should. I will be checking into this.

They usually do post them at the police department and will notify the schools but I believe they're legally prevented from distributing flyers to neighbors.

I had not thought about this until I read this post. Now, I will be placing an Amber Alert Ticker on my websites. If you don't already have one, you may get them free of charge at CodeAmber.org http://codeamber.org/

(isn't it nice that a Realtor can obtain a useful site tool for free!) But that's a whole other topic.
