Here's a fun little question that I don't think has been asked lately...

How long have you been in the business, and how many broker's have you worked with?

About 18 months or so ago, I decided I wanted to send a monthly newsletter.  I knew there was no way I would be able to put one together every month, so I turned to the web.  I found several companies that supply internet newsletters, ones that can only be emailed, but I wanted one that I could print out and mail.

That's when I discovered Resulti.  For a very small fee of $24.95 per month, I receive a printable newsletter that is not only well written and informative, but also very professional in appearance.  I print out as many copies as I want and send them to my sphere and farm area, include them in my listing packets, and hand them out at open houses.  The newsletters include my name and photo, and make no mention of Resulti, giving the appearance that I was the creator (I'm not going to tell!).  I receive tons of compliments and business from them.

If you would like to learn more, check out the website at www.resulti.com or contact Bill Rith at support@resulti.com.  Tell Bill I sent you.

Very curious.  What do you typically do for your buyers and sellers at closing?  Do you give gifts, and if so, what do you give?

I've only been in the business a little over two years, so I'm still considered a newbie.  Pardon me if this question is naive, but why aren't Buyers buying?  Interest rates are terrific, inventory is high (NE Ohio), and sellers are willing to reduce and/or negotiate their prices more than when I first started in Oct. 2004.

I currently have a shopping bag full of potential buyers who I know will buy eventually.  Why aren't they buying now?  I would appreciate your insight and advice on how to get them moving.  I've tried the "this is a great time to buy" speech.  Nothing seems to help.

What do you think is the problem?  Obviously, it's not just Ohio.

Has anyone tried to use the Consumer Alliance Coupons (with our photos and information!Smile) that are found in the Members Network. I want to give them out out open houses, but I want to be sure they will really be honored by the respective vendors.

 Any insight?

As you all know, Craiglist has been added as a P2A syndication partner.  Has anyone posted to this site yet?.  My concern is, will the HUD symbol be present on the ad.  I'm always concerned with staying legal, and I don't see a way to include this.

Give me your insight, please.
