&lt;P&gt;Do you think that the information zillow.com is providing the&amp;nbsp;public consumer&amp;nbsp;is a true indication of the real estate home values&amp;nbsp;in the&amp;nbsp;real estate market?&amp;nbsp; Zillow.com does not inspect the property or neighborhood, but will make a statement like this, list price, $400,000.00, Zestimate value $325,000.&amp;nbsp; How can that not hurt the sellers position and reduce exposure and viewing of that subject property.&amp;nbsp; What do you think? &lt;P&gt;Full price offer, everything the seller asked for in his transaction.&amp;nbsp; To me the ideal transaction.&amp;nbsp; He was so excited at the closing table, but I could see his excited turn to disappointment during the closing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; After the closing, I asked him why he was upset, his answer was, he was disappointed that I was not upfront and honest with him.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;He reached into his pocket and pulled&amp;nbsp;out his seller's net sheet.&amp;nbsp; He pointed out that his net sheet stated at closing he would receive $16,885.00,&amp;nbsp;but he only recieved $16,850.00,&amp;nbsp; He let me know that he didn't appreciate me shortchanging him $35.00.&amp;nbsp; Never did get any referral businees from him.&amp;nbsp; Do you remember any of your turkeys on this Thanksgiving Day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.reliberation.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=55030" width="1" height="1"&gt;</content><author><name>djonas@point2.com</name><uri>http://www.reliberation.com/members/djonas%40point2.com.aspx</uri></author></entry></feed>
