Being in Florida, we have alot of great "Active Adult" Communities. Just wondering if anyone has found a good place either on the web or elsewhere to get alot of action on these listings.

 It is difficult to segment them from other communities . I have one Neighborhood that is Active Adult that I am sponsoring for the first time as well.

Any ideas?

In this Sunday's Parade Magazine (a Supplement to our St Petersburg Times) is a article  entitled "5 Biggest Real Estate Myths" by Vivian Marino.  I believe it is in alot of other cities as well. Are you ready???
