Interestingly enough the comments were somewhat divided. Agents who work for an independent don't feel branding is too important while some...not all that work for a "branded" franchise felt it was the most important part of their presentation. Many said that their clients choose them because of them...I tend to side with this one. Most of my clients work with me because....well they like me. The results were what I would have expected. A surprising note was how many agents would pay for legal advice...which is a good thing for my partner. This is a service we will have available from our "in house" legal staff.
