I just wanted to yell out as loud as I could to all homebuyers who are sitting on the fence. Merry Christmas to YOU . What a great time to buy. Let your folks know in NO uncertain terms it IS a great time to purchase. I have been watching the market and homes are correcting. I found a gorgeous home today that dropped from 1,150,000 to 750K....This is a steal ....in a VERY desireable neighborhood. Spread the word and maybe we as marketers can change perception. As previous post have stated ....don't depend on doom and gloom newspapers to do it. We as the front line must go out and let everyone know .....It is time to BUY. I see deals like the one mentioned everyday. Way below current appraisals and below tax values.  I am finding Condo's that sold the last 2 years for 250K furnished and today we can get them furnished for 150K......Come on realtors ....we have to change the minds of doom and gloomers. Get up ...Put on a smile and for safety sake some clothing ( HAHA ) and hit the streets ...call someone and spread the word and it may just be a great Christmas afterall.....Send Postcards saying the tide is turning ....now is the time and financing is still available.

Are you all with me or are you going to keep riding the pity party train. It is afterall YOUR Business. Are you going to let the Newpapers determine when the time is right. If you see a reporter ....tell him things are great.

I am just curious what you would do if you had a Broker who bounced checks all over town. After closing a sale paid you 10 day's later with bad a bad check. After it bounced they would issue another check and you would pray that it was good and not even an I'm so sorry or an explanation. If you knew that this is not a one time event and was happening frequently to many agents in the office and around the system, would you remain loyal or would you move on.  Do you feel you should continue to trust them ? Would you feel you should explain why you left and give a notice or just return the key and leave.

PS This is not my Broker.....I love these guys. I do know of one and I just know how I would react...Sayonara.
You don't mess with pay day after we work as hard as we do to keep these deals together.

Hello All,

     I have heard over the years that the way to generate leads is with very generic non descript websites.
That people searching for a home do not want to look at a realtors picture or even a realty company. They want to do a search for a home without an agent ....Now I know most of these sites are used to capture leads from those searching. What is your opinion of these and do they work ?? Those making tons of sales each year swear by them. YOU ??

     I would love to hear if you have tried them and does your broker approve ??  I am willing to try anything if there is a chance...but I would like your feedback.
