So does that mean that we can go off doing things to others that we shouldn't. No! Of course not. We should strive to help others and be above reproach. But most importantly, we should always do what is right in light of basic humanity. A good friend of mine, the kind of guy who will give a stranger a ride to work making himself late, is constantly helping others. He has a background in entertainment and knows many, many famous people. So what does he do with these connections? He goes to the shows and concerts and makes the contacts and gets items signed and then gives them to the local radio stations for Charity Auctions. How is he repaid? well he gets to stand in line for concerts that he has been to 20 times before, he gets to stay out until all hours of the night long past any reasonable time, and he gets the unknowing gratitude of the eventual recipient of the auction. But most importantly, he gets the knowledge that he has used his celebrity to make a difference in some less fortunate persons life.

Here is another way he has been repaid. The following link is to a page that he created about a Tenant in an "Investment Property". Now, he bought this property, not because he could afford to. He bought it to help the seller who was about to lose it due to an illness. He has then rented it twice. The first time was a success. The second time ...uh...."Not so Much"

Why does this make it here on this forum.......? Because, the Tenant used his status as a REALTOR to get past the initial credit check and other items that my trusting buddy should have done. Then instead of moving quietly, they destroyed the property.

So here is the link. www.JoeandAmy.info The Carpet may look slightly wet. That is because it is. Toilet water has a way of making a place seem a little less warm and cozy wouldn't you say.

So anyway, please visit the site and also let others on this forum know about your best and worst tenant history.

In my short ten years in the business, I have found quite a few nifty items and places. So I am going to not only start the post, but kick it off with the first one. This is one that I cannot do without. I hope to see lots of sharing and cooperation on this post. I think it goes without saying that P2A is already mentioned.

So without further adeaux...... www.Postlets.com That is one of my hints, tips, or tricks.
