Sometimes we need a eyeopener every now and then.  Today, I heard another horror story.  When showing homes, please make sure you are double checking window locks, door and garage entries before leaving the home  A potential couple is looking for a furnished home, calls a realtor and wants to see the home, during the showing the couple split up, and unlock windows and doors then the place is burglarized. 

I want to strongly emphazise "Please protect yourself".  There are so many con artist in this world, always go with your gut feeling.  Always let someone know where you are at all times.  Come up with a code sentence or something to let someone know you need assistance.  We use "please cancel Mrs Stewart's appt for me."  Mrs. Stewart works in our office.  I have heard so many things, never put your guard down.

I have seen a few site where agents are letting Fisbos market their home on the agents website for free. Hoping the the homeowner will eventually list with them.   I was curious to see how many of you do this and if you have, has it been successful?   How are you approaching them? After all, most of them turn to a Realtor in the long run.

I just wanted to say thank you to John for putting on the web contest.  I received my gift card to Office Depot, Love to shop!   It was alot of fun. I really had to read their biography a couple of times to figure out who was the blonde and who was the brunette.  I had to view several pages to see who was the team leader, and came to a conclusion they were both equal partners.  Great job girls.    

Ok, I was a participant in a vendor fair at a local gradute school.  I thought I had grabbed enough things to make a full displayed.  By the time I got setup, my table looked really skimpy and not very attractive.  If I was going around to look at other's table, I too would have walked up, taken a piece of candy and moved on to the next table.  I have another show next month, there will be approx. 200 vendors.  What have you used to pizzazz up your displays. I want people to stop by and see what I have to offer.  HELP
