Have you encountered client like this? How should we react?

I got this email from a client inquiring for a property in my website. I have posted the whole exchange.

I have had many off center encounters myself in this business and I have never shared any of them in an open forum. We get accustomed to using that term, but I am careful even e-mailing other agents, etc....They are not your client until you form that relationship with them. They are a web lead, a prospect, etc....Once you use the word client, you have accepted a verbal commitment in their eyes to represent them.
