Hello, Mr. Cochrane;

To download reports from my website, You need to check the box corresponding to the document you want to receive then put your email address on the boxes below. You will receive it in your email as attachments.

If you're married to a Filipina, you can buy a property under her name. Your name will appear in the title as the spouse. May I invite you to join an egroup about expats or foreigners planning to retire or move  to the Philippines. You will be able to meet/ talk with many of them who are married to Filipinos.

Am sure your wife will love to go back where her roots are.

Hello, Mr. Cochrane;

Thank you for visiting my website and for your email. We have a few beach community and a condo in Boracay. If I may ask, are you married to a Filipino citizen or at least former Filipino. Our constitution do not allow ownership of lands or house and lot here, except for condo unit. I have the copy of the pertinent laws about owning a property here in one of the pages in my website.  http://www.greenhuts.net/Phil_Laws_on_Real_Estate/page_1720133.html

Would like to hear from you again soon!

How do you cope?

I have questions for fellow practitioners whose only source of income is from real estate. I believe this applies to all real estate practitioners in the world- we all earn only when we have sales. At least am referring to independent or free lancer practitioners. How do you cope with regular bills and daily expenses when commissions aren’t coming or its due few months after? What if you have no credit card or credit facility? No friends or relatives to turn to? (0r maybe because I know they are in the same situation as mine or am too proud to ask for help) I am a single parent with three lovely kids. I work at home and home school my kids as well.

 Am sure many of us, are hard working and working smart but there are times that some financial set backs happen which are beyond our control. Buyers backed out last minute after working on it for a month or more. Some transactions takes time to materialize and some are on installment sales which we can’t claim commissions until after full down payment have been paid or complete documents have been submitted. While waiting for these, your bills and daily expenses accumulate. Though, I must admit that when it commission time, we can pay all these bills and it can enable us to expand or upgrade our business. It’s a roller coaster financial situation.

While I am thankful that P2 has been a great help in increasing my sale for the past year. Have been working really hard and my efforts are paying off. See my website standing worldwide. P2 is the best thing that happened to me in my twenty years of being in the real estate business. I am happy to say that I belong to a small number of Philippine realtors who are technically advanced and marketing primarily through the internet. My friend and colleague (GM Properties) whom I invited to P2 ranks 6-8!! I used to hold the no. 1 post in my country until my friend dislodged me!

My production this year is three times the previous year and 95% of my clients are from my P2 website. But some sales takes time before we can get full commission so while waiting for the harvest time, how do you cope? Will appreciate your inputs.

I noticed I have been blocked even my own colleagues. I asked one of them, he said, I had too many listings. Which confuses me because listings should be our lifeline as brokers.
