New Idea New Website To Help Us List And Sell More Properties!

I am tired of the gloom and doom and the fact that most Realtors are regarded as used car salesman!

I want to change that now and create a new website that top point 2 agents can use to promote themselves and their listings. I think it needs to be World Wide because I know more Europeans are buying more properties because of the low value of the dollar. I thought of this idea when writing another blog and got a lot of attention and a lot of super great agents who want to help me. I started something that is very ugly now because it is just on a standard point2 website http://ginnylee3.point2agent.com/ I didn't want to do anymore until I got Point2's blessings because I don't want to compete with their agent referral system.

My goal is to have a World Class website...maybe the slogan could be "World Class Agents Selling World Class Properties" I own the domain name www.Worldcalssagents.net so that might be perfect. If you have any ideas and want to be a part of this website...let me know because it could be a win win for all of us! I would like all the agents to have point2 agent websites so we can see how many leads and listings and sales we get from the new website. My other website http://www.americasbestagents.com/ isn't doing as good as before because of all the gloom and doom in America so I think we need a more worldly reach.

I want this to be a win win for all of us so if you want to be a part of this new idea and want to help let me know but I am not doing anything until I hear back from Point2 because I don't want to waste anyone's time.

I will be out of touch most of tomorrow but will check in on Saturday. I am very excited and I hope you will be too!

I e-mail every prospect and call the most serious ones and put them in my e-mail update listing system so they get all the latest listings as soon as they come on the market...it is all automated and when they see something they like the e-mail me or call me and when they come to town I sell them something 99% of the time. It usually takes a long time to cultavate those leads...I still have over 1000 leads in my data base getting listing updates. Even though some leads take a year to come to town, it does pay off. I sold several of these leads multimillion dollar homes. One I sold 4 homes 3 investment properties and a medical building and they are my best friends now! August 16, 2007 5:26 PM

Carlos...I don't understand what your blog has to do with this blog??? What happened to Karen her blog is mysteriously missing? I loved her ideas. This is an easy solution for what we can do....let's just ask Point2 to add Luxury Homes, Retirement Homes and Second Homes as categories on Point2homes and we can all just put a check mark on our listings and they will show up in those categories? Does anyone know how to ask point2 to do that...I sent them an e-mail but haven't heard from them yet.
