In my area we get some all bunched  up and then silence.  I have only ever noticed one actual sign.  In your market, they must feel they can get more of a return. OR your station covers many overlapping markets they can blanket with one media buy.

Ginny, that is a good question. Why is it Buy Owner can advertise like there is no tomorrow and those bandits at the NAR, State Association, and the Local theives can't seem to get an advertising plan that would help the sales people (us)? I can't even deduct the entire amount of the charges because the Government claims I get some benefit from the associations. Maybe the banks should take of the business?

As for Buy Owner they do charge between 3 grand and up to there customers to advertise along with many extras, and they get to look at each other homes online to see who there competition is...
