First let me say I am on the "Do Not Call List". Today I am working on research and the phone rings. Lo and behold it is an agent, rom a well know company, letting me know that a house in my neighborhood sold. So I listened to her spiel. Finally she asked me if I had thought of listing my house?
Now am I correct? Is that a sales call? So I told her who I am and I am on the "Do Not Call List". She stammered around and I ended the call. No way am I going to turn her in. Mistakes happen.
However, not 30 minutes later I answer my cell and it is a pre-recorded message of two homes for sale. I cut the call. I really am not happy when they call my cell phone.
I have been getting more calls as of late and I know my 5 years are not up. Are agents getting so desperate that they would cross the line and risk suit?
