P2 Virtual Tours on Realtor.com

Is there a way to post a P2 Virtual Tour on Realtor.com? I know buildatour.com will post a virtual tour on R-com for $9.95 if you have listing enhancements or $29.95 if you don't have the upgrade. I don't see any where that P2 offers that option, I'm I mistaken? Help?
I tried to post this to the message board but "page not found".

Hi Dan,

Call R-Com and they'll get you set up as a virtual tour provider. If you have showcase banners on the homes there isn't a charge to upload the tours.

When you call Realtor.com ask for the virtual tour support group, and tell them you are your own tour provider.

Be prepared to give them a URL to one of your tours.

They will fax you some forms to fill out...  You may have to get them notarized...  Send the forms back and you will get your approval with login in about a week.

Like Bob said, if you already have showcase package then there is no per tour charge.

Dan,

It is Picture Path that you want to get in touch with...

Here is the information they provide about becoming a VT Provider (which will enable you to provide your own tours using the version provided here by P2)...

For information on joining the hometour360° Program, please email your contact information to: vtsupport@homestore.com or call 866-483-4749 (Monday - Friday 6am PST - 5pm PST).  To expedite your request, please include your name, business, address, phone and email.

Hi Dan,

You might want to check out www.realestateshows.com.  I have used them for years to do my Realtor.com virtuals and the system is affordable and offers a great deal of flexibility to link together a variety of shows you can make that market you and your services.  Even though our Point2 shows are more extensive and I love them and utilize them for the MLS now, I still have been very pleased with the results from RealEstateShows and the benefits that they offer for the price cannot be beat!!

I followed Lon's advice a few months ago and I have my spinning house on realtor.com for all of my listings!!!!

They sent me the form and sent it right back......... it takes about 3 to 4 weeks for them to process before they give you access.........

It is great! Thanks Lon!

Hi all,

When I uploaded my Virtual Tour from P2A to my MLS, it was automatically picked up by Realtor.com at no charge!

You might want to check this out.

Laurie, how did you upload it? I'm not worried about a small fee to r-com or p2 or whoever.

That's hard to believe that Realtor.com (Picture Path) will pick up a tour from someones MLS system since they wouldn't know whwther or not that individual had Showcase listings or not. If they didn't, Picture Path would need to charge them $19.95 for each tour added. Maybe KW has signed some type of blanket agreement with them.

Hello,

We only charge what Realtor.com charges us per Non-Showcase Tour Upload ($19.95).  Realtor.com Showcase Subscribers are not charged by Realtor.com for their tour uploads.  We charge $9.95 per tour / per year.  With Non-Showcase Realtor.com upload, that's $29.90.

We are aware of an Agency-Based Showcase Package that actually allows agents to post their own VT's to their listings.  This has caused some confusion for us in that fact that some agents with this service have gotten in the habit of uploading their MLS Slideshow to the VT on Realtor.com.  Then, when they purchase a Buildatour.com Tour and want it uploaded to Realtor.com, we can't upload the tour until they delete their MLS slideshow or other media from Realtor.com.

I hope this information is helpful.
