The area I am in and the surrounding areas I am trying to sell in.  I have had quite a few hits on them.  Also, they visit my website due to the bloggs.  Writing is really difficult for me so I usually include a great deal of pictures.  I'm sure as I go along the writing will become easier.  I feel pictures allows people to see the area and feel like they know it better.  Somewhat like the google Street map.  

I just posted a blog with Home Security tips.  I post about local happenings, such as the summer festivals, quarterly market statistics (after the fact, of course), current mortgage rates, how to improve credit scores, advice to FSBOs (use an agent), local businesses I prefer to frequent as opposed to the big franchises (Waterfront Coffee rather than the "mothership."  That sort of thing.  I try not to directly advertise myself or my services.  I just recently posted about my changing of company but that's the only time I can recall.

Howard, I am talking about you guys. I have been contacted by 60 minutes and I am spilling everything. Mike in his spidey suit, Vance and his pot, Todd and his couch, was it Gary with the meds, anyway, the whole schabang.

The women on here are safe though.

I just finishing posting to my blog.  It is all about green building and the environment.  I use it as my personal call to action for each individual to due his or her part to improve the environment they live in.

I do include local happenings that have a green theme. I have posted example of how going green can save you money.

I have found being careful with the title of a post is really important, when I come up with a catchy title I get read!

I do mainly market stats and listing blogs. I don't do the market stats on a regular basis but rather whenever I see a slight shift in the numbers. Just can't find time to do it say every week or so, even though I would love to. My latest blog was on hot subdivisions in my town (the ones with the most homes under contract)

I do short blurbs at the other guys site on anything local. Listings. And more local pictures.  Tips I reserve for the wait staff and you guys. "Tripod to win" at the Penn National Wednesday.
