This is only the second time I've posted a blog here, so I hope I'm doing it correctly. I usually only comment on others' posts and not very often. But I commented on another post that I thought calling another agent, who didn't agree with the poster, a "jerk" was wrong.
The original poster wrote:
"Jackie:
No one called Dennis a jerk but you. Read all of the comments before you start accusing people of things they said or written."
I have posted comments in my defense 3 times. All 3 times I refreshed my browser to see the comment. It was there. And each time my comments disappeared in a matter of minutes (or less than a minute).
Is the original poster deleting my comments? Or is Point2 deleting them? Or is there a technical problem?
I don't normally comment to stir crap. Heck, I don't even comment all that often. Another commenter DID call Dennis a jerk. I pasted it on the other blog to defend myself. That I DO read all the comments before I "accused" anybody of something.
Below is the last version of the comment that disappeared - copied and pasted with the only change being the correction of a misspelled word:
"What's up?! I've posted twice- refreshed so that I saw the post- and in less than a minute it's disappeared.
Here I go again-

Hello Gloria,
I have to disagree with Dennis, the guy is a jerk.
Above was copied and pasted to make sure it was accurate. I read ALL the posts before I make a comment. To me it reads like Klaus was calling Dennis a jerk. I don't see how it could be read any other way. Do you read all the comments Gloria?"
I understand we have the ability to delete comments. I understand Point2 has the ability to delete comments. What I don't understand is why a comment as innocuous as the one above would be deleted. I've seen people get downright mean on some of these blog posts. I was just defending myself. If that defense is going to be deleted, so should the comment that falsely accused me of spreading inaccurate information.
