Looking for an Easy to use Property Brochure Creator

What are you using?

I want one that is easy to use, and that uses color "conservatively" so it is not a fortune to print out.

Any suggestions?

John,

I use Microsoft Publisher. You can "wash out" the pictures so they are not so color intensive. You can do single page, folded half page, tri-fold, whatever your heart desires.

I am also interested in other suggestions as I use a color laser printer and you know how expensive toner cartridges are.

My broker gives me access to www.ToolKitCMA.com that offers quite a few formats/templates for property brochures and more. But I find myself using MS Publisher because of the flexibility and ease of use.

Hope that helps........

I use the brochures on Point 2 Agent. I set it up so that if a particulat listing runs out of Brochures they can go to my website www.FetchingHomes.com and download the brochure and any other attachments I have ie Seller's Disclosure, Inspection Reports, Floorplans. This is how I justify being a premium member.

I'm a firm believer in using the programs that you have already purchased.  Most of us are already using MS Office and Publisher is one of them.  You can also use MS Word to create and edit brochures and photos.  They have templates for tri- and bi-fold or you can create a single page display.  To save time on typing the information in, copy and paste from your local MLS.  I usually copy to a blank Excel spread sheet, make any adjustments to the lines for information that is not applicable to the house and then copy and paste into the word document.

In doing this, you can adjust the size of your photo and add any other logos or photos that you would like to include.

If it's a tri fold brochure, Publisher is good as anything.

Make sure you use the best paper you can buy. it makes a difference.
