Has anyone used his system. I just talked to an agent yesterday from another city. She said she sold 75 houses last year using this system. I just don't want to make a huge investment if it does't really work.
I have used his system, Kelly. I still use it, even though, I'm not in coaching anymore.
I found the expense a little much for what I got. When I got out of the program, I purchased Prospects Plus software for around $250 or $300 and now pay $90 per year to keep getting the updates. It updates every month. There are postcards (both sizes), personalized brochures, campaigns for different types of prospecting and monthly newsletters that are personalized and customizable which I used for the monthly "Item of Value." They even give you access to searching for different types of mailing lists - business to business, renters, owners who have been in home more than x # years, etc. The lists cost .08 per name, minimum 100 names. They will also print postcards on laminated card stock (won't tear) and mail them 1st class for about $.48 per card (4x5 size).
I found that this gives me a lot more bang for my buck than the Buffini system. There are many kinds of software like this available. I just happened to find this one.
I definitely recommend going to one of Buffini's 2 Day retreats if there's any way you can swing it. It's a little pricey, but he is a wonderful speaker and has great stuff to apply right away. You get to take the workbook away with you so that it doesn't leave you as soon as you walk out the door.

I don't use Brian's system, but found his retreat an exceptional value that changed the way I do business. Of course signing up with his program sounded great, but I just was too new when I went to the retreat to feel that it was the wisest investment for me at the time. I would reccomend the retreat for anyone that wants to jump start their career.

But they work well together...
