Has anyone used his system. I just talked to an agent yesterday from another city. She said she sold 75 houses last year using this system. I just don't want to make a huge investment if it does't really work.

I really need some of your advise here!!!  I have some buyers and we finally found THE HOME, it was just listed. They wanted to make an offer.  I called the agent to see if there was any activity. He told me the sellers were  in Japan for the week so he only had email contact with them. I wrote the offer  and sent it Tuesday morning 6/05/2007 The sellers countered via email, we counterd back and then they accepted Thursday. All via email.   Since they could not sign the contract till they got back I asked the agent for something in writing, he said I will send you the email from the seller which clearly states they accepted the offer. The agent told me he would put it in option pending? And for us to go ahead with inspections.  I advised my clients to wait until after we had a signed contract. Sunday I get an email from the agent that another offer has come in and he will be presenting it to the sellers with ours when they return on Tuedsay the 12th .  We have an email from the seller clearly accepting our offer and awaiting their return for signitures. Will that email stand up??? Is it right to present another offer when one has already been accepted??????

 My question...When do you call a prospect?  Do any of you call as soon as you get one  with a phone #, or is it better to just automatically put them on a drip email campain and be patient? So far I have put every prospect on the 15 week drip.   What do you guys do?
