If I wanted to do a brochure or flyer and send it out in an e-mail.  How do I send it as so when it is opened up by the recipient it is not an attachment it is just the brochure?  Is there some kind of program?  Does someone care to share this information.

Thank You

Hi Patricia,

Others may have better ideas, but I use Microsoft Word. You can design your piece however you want it to look...background, pictures, links, etc.

When you are finished, click on File-->Send To-->Mail Recipient. It will open an address bar where you can insert any number of email addresses and a subject.

When the recipient receives the email, (if they have their email set to receive HTML) they will see the samething that you designed with word.

Patricia, Gary:  MS WORD is pretty universal but a .GIF or .JPG file is more certain to be seen on any computer.

If you make your flyer in MS PUBLISHER you can SAVE AS and change file type to .JPG or .GIF.

After saving, open your email program and INSERT IMAGE, choose the saved image, and viola!
