As a former Peace Corps Volunteer (1997-2000) I learned how to work with different groups, from different cultures, and to "think outside the box".  After coming back to the statesI had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, so I went back to school and just started taking Marketing and business classes.

 A job, Marketing for a Real Estate franchise, fell into my lap, and after a year I got my license. Being a Broker was flaunted as the important thing, so I did that too.   But something was still missing. I didn't want to live in a box (this is a small town) so decided to concentrate on the Internet, and International Real Estate.

Now here's where I am truely grateful......You, everyone on this board, this community.  I had questions that I didn't know, and still don't know, if the answers were right or not.  But several of you gave me encouragement both online and off.  And I followed all the suggestions.  I can happily report that I have my first listing overseas.  My client found me on the PT2 Neighborhoods (Google) and emailed me about selling his flat.

Scary for me, I really want to do it right.  I have spent weeks trying to find a reputable firm, company, to help with the local paperwork, showing, etc. and finally it is done.....Thank you all for the support and ideas.

Oh, and just to show that "S... happens" right when we got everything done, the country kicked the President out, and people were rioting in front of my new listing......any suggestions on how to show it during a riot :)
