New Technology arrives today

I have a new Apple Iphone. How did I justify spending that much on a device? I think the cell phone and e-mail is a Realtors greatest tool. At least that is what I am telling myself.   Cool

I am just now learning to use it, so far really great!

Anyone else gone off the deep end?

I am thinking about getting one Karen, but will wait for now to see what or if any bugs are yet to be found.

Did you hear the other day?  Some 15 year old kid broke the code and unlocked the iPhone.

I thoght about waiting, but my sister got one first and spoke only good things. So I decided to be one of the first. It is a great conversation piece for sure. Every body wants to handle it and play with it.

I heard about the the kid, I don't plan on doing any banking on line with it or putting any sensitive material on it other than client e-mails and contact info.

So far a really really neat device. I can see it changing my life. Heehee. Saving a lot of time, you can do everything so easily and fast. Very clear communication and no dropped calls yet........

I will keep you all posted, cause I think it is going to be a must have.

Vance, no word yet, they were going to give it til around the 15th of this month, no sale, moving back and waiting til market gets better.

Does anyone have the Samsung Blackjack? Reviews have said:

It's suppose to be pretty good for Realtors at approx $100 with 2 year agreement.

Had the opportunity to play with one and it was a tecnophobic high!  I just can't seem to justify giving up the old Treo because of the electronic e-key functionality and of course the cost $$$$ of the i-phone is a bit over my budget.  I'am jealous...hope you enjoy your new phone.

Good news for those that have not yet bought. I just heard they are planning on a price reduction. I knew that would probably happen too, but I needed a new phone immediately. Rumor is it will be around $399.

I heard on the news this morning that the i-phone just went down in price by $200.

Dan - Bring your Samsung "Blackjack" to the NAR convention in Vegas...it should fit right in.
