I have started something new on my blog - or should I say VLOG.  I have become a videographer for the whole town!  I started with a video tour for one of my properties and got the idea that it would give our area a boost to have video shorts about what is going on in town.

It took a bit of a learning curve to figure it all out but - voila!

Check out my blog and let me know what you think.  As my colleagues I value your input.

Thanks in advance.

I live and work in a small village. I do all my advertising and prospecting online and in the local coffee house. My broker is in a big city and she advertises my listings as well. I publish my listings on three real estate boards and do promotion of our village.

Does anyone have any ideas on getting the buyers out of the city and looking at our awesome Ontario village?

Fresh input is always welcome to spark a new fire and desire!

I recently purchased a new (better) domain name and I would like to have it as my default domain.

My question is:  Will I loose my Google etc rankings, would I have to start all over again to establish my web presence?

I currently rank very well on many keyword searches and I would like to stay that way. Should I just have the new name point to my current name? My preference is the other way around but at what cost?

If anyone else has had experience with this I would appreciate your input.

Thanks,

Laurie
